Pricing, Terms of Service and Information

Terms of Service

- Payment can be done either before or after approval of the initial sketch. For YCH's, payment is right away.
- Payment in USD is through PayPal. BRL can be through Paypal, Pix and Bank Transfer.
- Please provide visual references of the character. If you don't have any drawn references: photos, edits and inspirations are ok. Last case scenario I can work with written descriptions of the character, but would prefer not to.
- Other visual references for ideas are always welcome but not obligatory.
- Complexity will be charged extra, this can be discussed before payment. (Complex props, markings, clothes and large wings are a few examples.)
- Each extra character on a single piece will be charged +75% of the base price.
- Default background will be simple and stylized.
- Detailed background prices can range from +10$ to +35$ (R$25 - R$65) depending on what you're looking for. Please ask me first.
- All progress will be documented on my trello and I will notify the clients when updates happen.
- Commissions can take up to a few days to 1-2 months (estimated 3 months MAX) depending on your place on the queue and how complex it is. If you need something done by a certain date, please notify me first so I can get it done in time. Any delays will be discussed with the commissioner.
- Please inform me about any edits as soon as possible.
- Refund percentage will reflect how much the commission has progressed. Full refund is only possible on the sketch phase. No refunds after the commission is 100% done. If you're unsatisfied with something please say so early, so this can be avoided.
- The exception to the refund policy above applies if I need to interrupt the commmission for any reason, or if I fail to deliver it on the estimated time. In this case a full refund will be offered and the art will be delivered as it is.
- Clients will receive a file with max resolution and one with lower resolution for better uploading purposes.
- I can decline any commission request if I feel like I can't do it or it makes me uncomfortable. This also goes for any particular commissioner that makes me uncomfortable for some reason.
- About NSFW: I'm okay with drawing suggestive/mature themes, but I'm not fully confident in taking most types of NSFW requests yet. But feel free to ask me about it! (Any art I consider too lewd for my main twitter will be uploaded to my AD account @thirstyeen.)
- I'll post all commissions online in my social media (twitter, furaffinity, telegram channel, etc) unless asked not to. You're free to post them as well as long as you credit or tag me.
- Sometimes I like to post WIPs on my telegram channel. If you don't want that please tell me.
- If you wish to print the art for your own personal use, please ask me so I can deliver you a file proper for printing.
- Please only commission me if you are 18+.
- Commissions are for personal use, not commercial.
- This means you also can't sell/mint commissions as NFTs or use in anything cryptocurrency related.
- Please no use of any AI image program on the art, both during the process and after delivered.
- You agree to this TOS by commissioning me.
